VACATION DATES 2025 - July 11th to July 22nd

Minimum quilting charge for small quilts is $50.

Trimming is charged at 8¢ per linear inch, binding on one side (ready for hand finishing) is 25¢ per linear inch, and completely finished binding (by machine) is 35¢ per linear inch.

Currently quoting 4 weeks from drop-off for quilting services, excluding time off.

The majority of my clients request edge-to-edge (E2E) quilting, which is my standard service. However, I also offer Custom Quilting, with prior consultation required. If you are interested in custom quilting, please feel free to reach out via email to discuss your project in more detail. Please note that bookings for custom quilting cannot be made through the form below.

Quilt Top Size: Please MEASURE before answering - Width x Length in inches

IMPORTANT: Round UP to the nearest inch. Eg. 53.4 x 67.2 becomes 54 x 68. NOTE: For quilt tops 84" wide or more, please supply your own batting.

Backing Size: Please MEASURE before answering - Width x Length in inches.

VERY IMPORTANT: Each dimension be at least 8" more than the same Quilt Top dimension, but NO MORE than 10" larger. Eg. If the quilt top is 50" x 60", then the backing should be a minimum of 58" x 68", and a maximum of 60" x 70".

E2E Quilt Pattern Chosen

Please include an idea of scale required. Please note: Most designs are charged at 2.25¢ at square inch. Some more complicated or more dense designs are charged at 3¢ a square inch. If you have selected a more expensive design, you will be contacted shortly after you submit this form for confirmation. If you cannot find the perfect design on my website, please give me an idea of what you are looking for and I will contact you shortly after form submission. If you would like me to pick for you, just enter "Rosi's choice." If you run out of space, please use the Notes / Special Requirements at the end of the form.

Batting - Check the option you require

IMPORTANT: Warm & Natural batting is 92" wide and is only suitable for Queen size quilts and smaller. If your quilt top is 84" wide or greater, you should supply your own batting and select Option One - Supplied below. VERY IMPORTANT: If you plan to supply your own batting, please ensure that it is at least 8" longer and 8" wider than your quilt top.

Trimming and Binding Options

IMPORTANT: Binding requires trimming the quilt, so you will be charged for trimming if you select any of the binding options. If you do select a binding option, please include the binding fabric(s) when you drop off your quilt top. ALSO IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT pre-cut binding strips.

Pricing

I understand that if my quilt top is 1900 square inches or less, then a minimum quilting charge of $50.00 applies. I understand that if I have chosen an E2E pattern that is more than 2.25¢ per square inch, I will be contacted before work begins.
